MUNICH!

My mom and dad would have been proud of me today. I was basically in European shopping heaven and I only spent 15€....It took every ounce of me to do that. haha. Munich is now by far my favorite city in Germany so far. What an adorable and amazing town! Making this quick because I have to pay for the internet at this hostel but here is how my Munich stay as been so far:

We traveled by train to get to the city, not gonna lie, I felt very Harry Potter. haha. Spent the evening just walking around and playing some intense rounds of Phase 10. The girls I am traveling with are just awesome! We are all so different but get along so well. This morning we headed into Munich and it is the cutest city I have ever seen! We started at the gothic city hall that was just grand, Words can not describe the beauty in that building. We watched the little clock do its thing when the clock struck and all the little people come out singing and dancing, kind of like in the newest Willy Wonka. haha. We then took a city tour and saw several awesome WWII history cites including where the night of broken glass started, where Hitler gave many influential speeches, several churches that were bombed, and much more. Saw several beer gardens and houses, and the most amazing shopping strip I have ever seen! If only I had millions :) Also went to the top of one of the clock towers, climbed all 376 steps, and saw an amazing view of the city, I can not wait till I get home just so I can post the pictures.

Time is running out on this computer so I will have to update more later, we are off in the morning to the castle that Disney modeled their`s after.
